Hazel Louise Williams was born on June 7, 1935, in Pinehurst, Texas, to J.O. and Mattie Dennis, and throughout her life left her mark on her family and all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whose life is the real meaning of love, faith, and commitment.
On August 27, 1954, Hazel married the love of her life, Nathan “Bubba” Williams. They built a legacy of family, faith, and hard work together. Their marriage spanned decades and stood as an example of steadfast devotion.

Hazel is survived by her sister-in-law, Tina Dennis Jones, and her children: Kathy Holtzclaw (and her husband Harold) and Richard Dwayne Williams (and his wife Mary). Over time, her family grew to include five grandchildren:

Her joy only increased with the birth of 11 great-grandchildren: Shelby, Olivia, Hunter, Evan, Zoe, Jase, Ezra, Kyla, Natalia, Hudson and Micah.
A Legacy of Faith
Hazel lived a life with much reflection of her faith in God. Her firm belief in the Lord enlightened her way through actions and gave her strength during the challenging moments of life. Even in her retired life, Hazel enjoyed taking care of Bubba, which gave her a reason to live and enjoy time spent with him till his last day.
The couple lived the dream in retirement for more than 30 years in Madisonville, Texas. They built their home, worked the land, and enjoyed its fruits.
