Allie Elliot is a yoga and Barre instructor and is well known for being the wife of the popular American chef Graham Elliot Bowles. She is a mother of three. Elliot is well-traveled and has worked in Boston Ballet, Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Axis Connect, and BalletBC in Vancouver, Canada. Elliot was born in Littleton, Colorado. She attended the International Ballet School for her dance training. At the age of fifteen, the artistic director of Lemon Sponge Cake Contemporary Ballet and choreographer Robert Sher Machen began mentoring her in more than classical ballet. She joined Juilliard to study and be exposed to other dance techniques while working with other artists. Elliot is married to Graham Elliot Bowel and has three children. Elliot and her husband Bowles have traveled in all fifty shades and have a passion and interest in food and music. Graham Elliot Bowles is an American restaurateur, chef, and reality television personality. was born on January 4th, 1977 in Seattle Washington. He attended Johnson &Wales University where he grew his interest in food and music. He became famous on the program Iron Chef and Top Chef as a contestant. He later became a judge on the American MasterChef in the first six seasons and on the spinoff of MasterChef Junior. He was on Crain’s Chicago Business list of 40 under forty and was the youngest four-star chef to be named in any city. He cooked on President Obama’s 49th birthday.

Bowles launched his eponymous restaurant, a French casual fine dining restraint, in Chicago. The restaurant uses traditional techniques and ingredients to display its classic American cuisine. He was featured on the Top Chef Masters TV show where he cooked for The Heart and Stroke Foundation. He joined the foundation as his nephew needed a heart transplant. MasterChef premiered in 2010 and he was one of the judges on Master Chef Junior. He left the show in 2015 after six seasons.

Bowles was a judge on Top Chef in 2016 and on Food Networks Cooks vs Cons, which was hosted by Geoffrey Zakarian. Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel set Graham Elliot Day to be on September 19th in Chicago. He worked at Lollapalooza as the culinary Director for the three-day music festival in Chicago everyone cooking and managing performers from 2009. He has been an infomercial for the Gotham Steel Double Grill.

He has been nominated three times for the James Beard Award. He was named on Food and Wine’s Best New Chefs list in 2004 becoming the youngest chef to receive four stars from Chicago Tribune Chicago Sun-Times publication in 2004.  He enjoys singing and playing guitar. He has a collection of baseball cards. Unfortunately, he closed down his restaurants due to negative reviews and now collaborates with Armenta to expand his more than eight restaurants together.
